Remote work influence on employee's identity

Abstract


The popularity of remote work is growing nowadays. Individuals who choose this format become excluded from the office and their social environment. Involvement into different community activities and communication are important aspects of workers` identity, therefore, there is a problem whether remote work is influencing this component.
