CONTEMPORARY ANTI-UTOPIA – UTOPIA OR REALITY?

Abstract


This article is about the main function of anti-utopia in the contemporary world. There are named the reasons of rising of this genre. The analysis of the main moral problem O. Huxley is based on the reviews of contemporary English anti-utopias. On this basis is made an assumption about the fundamental connection between contemporary anti-utopia and the concept of future shock by A. Toffler.
