The sounding world

Abstract

In article characteristic of “the sounding world” from various points of view is given: as physical phenomenon; as art, highest in world; as parts of national culture and system of values. New definition of the concept “intonation” is given, the concept “interpretation” is specified. The role of the national “the sounding world” as factor of a homeland security during a globalization era is noted. And the role of art culture in formation of spiritual culture of the personality assumes the embodiment and the esthetic beginning, realization and transfer of the emotional and estimated attitude towards reality, to all esthetic in the nature and society, helps to awaken ability to perceive perfection and integrity of the form developing in time with the person, finding the embodiment in all human activities. From these positions musical culture can be considered as one of effective means of socialization of the personality.
