Musical elements in the mysteries of the Altai shaman and Kam: semiotic and phenomenological analysis in the context of European musical culture

Abstract


The research of musical elements in mysteries of the Altai shaman and Kam is presented in article. Having analysed their semiotics and phenomenology it is possible to understand how they "sound" in the context of the European musical culture. A research of physiology and psychology of perception of music through the analysis of impact of musical components on physiology of hearing and their influence on mental perception of participants of mysteries. The phenomenological and semiologichesky analysis in formation of musical experience is interesting; a research of the phenomenon of perception of music as transmission media of values and formation of cultural coordinates in society. Consideration of a role of musical performers and figures in culture, for example, the analysis of influence of performers of music on formation and transfer of cultural norms and values in society. Besides the physiology and psychology of perception of music, the phenomenological and semiologichesky analysis of formation of musical experience, a role of musical performers and figures in culture are investigated and also philological and historical researches are conducted. Work also confirms a possibility of the general substrate between Altai and European musical to cultures.
