LIFE SELF-ORGANIZATION: TECHNOLOGY OF SHIFT OF CULTURAL MEANINGS

Abstract

Allocation of an individual as the bearer of rights and liberties, his religious (1), economic, political (2) and intellectual (3) emancipation under conditions of development of post-industrial technologies led to formatting of new society, in which the personality configures his self-determination in the group of common interests with the help of Internet technologies. New communications essentially change the way of formation and functioning of society which can consist of certain communities independent of time and space of their stay. In the future similar virtual communities can make a basis for the new organization of the states which lost the classical form of an existential with the traditional hierarchical organization. Lacunas in the continuum will be filled with virtual communities which will assume functions of strong players in the conditions of the disintegrating social space, in which valuable and standard regulations gradually lose the specifications applicable to all society historically integrated under the territorial and geographical principle with social and cultural ties characteristic for them. Virtualization of social communication will define a new space, having moved it from territories to virtual communities, destroying he traditional principle of functioning of the states.
