SYNTHESIS OF OUR TIME

Abstract

The article is based on a plenary talk given at the same name conference held within the framework of the international forum «Days of philosophy in St. Petersburg–2013». Author telling about program provisions of the conference; Shows the modern understanding of the key concepts of comparative studies; Reveals a cultures interaction problems of our time, proposes to discuss concept of their possible solutions. The idea of article in that we must identify the relationship of cultural phenomena and to understand the objectives of the participants of cultural synthesis. It is equally important to consider the level of security of the personality participating in some form of cross-cultural interaction. In the author’s opinion it is necessary to pay attention to what we have in every possible contact: opportunities for rising or falling?
