FIGURATIVELY REPRESENTABLE ABSURD

Abstract


The article is devoted, on the one hand, notions of image and representation in social studies and Humanities. On the other hand, in relation to contemporary social practice from the preceding concepts is offset to the representation of stereotypes in the culture. We are talking about the transition to the iconic image system, in which the sign is presented as a typical, so easily accepted by any representative of humanity. This transition breaks the habitual normativity of perception and formation of representations that are often treated as absurd.
