Some peculiarities of the national and cultural identity of Mongolia

Abstract

The basic peculiarities of the national identity of Mongolia are analyzed in the context of its original culture. The author concludes that the national identity of Mongolia is formed by the specific attitude of Mongols to understanding time, their ability to harmonically coexist with nature, their acknowledgement of the impoprtance of consanguineous relations, and the preference of ethnic patterns.
