Abstract

The article analyzes the processes and trends that have become essential and decisive in the national higher education system since the entry into force the Third Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education and competence-credit-modular guidance. There is an obvious multiplication of fictitious discourses, which, in principle, have no connection with the actual process of acquiring knowledge. And this is not an error, or «illness of growth», but the realization inherent in any capitalist project of the paranoid-schizoid principle of world order.
