Abstract


The article presents the idea that in the modern philosophical and humanities researches a phenomenon of autobiography comes to the forefront. The author reveals the specificity of autobiographical narrative, based on culture-historical epistemology. As a cultural and historical context of this research acts the spiritual and historical experience of E. Cassirer ‒ presented in his work «An Essay on Man: An Introduction to a Philosophy of Human Culture».
