THE SLANG OF THOUGHT AND THE TRANSCENDENTAL UNITY OF AP/UP

B. G. Sokolov/Б. Г. Соколов

Abstract

The problems of language expression and its connection with the idea is the main theme of this text. According to the author, language is not adapted to an adequate expression of any deep insight or anything related to the scope of the individuality. The analysis of ways of expression in these areas shows that the model of slang acts as a matrix for language usage. The process of functioning of language requires constant appeal to what is recorded in the system of Kant as the transcendental unity of apperception. In turn, the transcendental unity of apperception or the beyond experience unity of consciousness draws on the field of personal, individual, i.e., on figure I, which is not stable but constantly changing and  mutating structure.
